On March 30, 2022, Panasonic Cold Chain (Dalian) Co., Ltd. was awarded the 2021 Enterprise Standard "Leader" honorary title at the 2022 High-Quality Development Exchange Conference and Enterprise Standard "Leader" Release Conference, jointly hosted by the China Academy of Standardization and the China Standardization Association in Beijing. The products of Panasonic Cold Chain (Dalian) Co., Ltd. that were included belong to two major categories in the refrigeration and air conditioning field: air coolers and commercial refrigerators, totaling 71 models. The number of product models accounts for 73% of the total number of shortlisted models, obtaining four Enterprise Standard "Leader" certificates, demonstrating its leading strength.
 

       
The "2022 High-Quality Development Exchange Conference and Enterprise Standard 'Leader' Release Conference" was held online. The conference implemented the deployment requirements of documents such as the Action Plan for Building a High-Standard Market System, the National Standardization Development Outline, and the 14th Five-Year Plan for the Modernization of Market Supervision, issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, as well as the Opinions on the Implementation of the Enterprise Standard "Leader" System issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation and seven other departments. It further strengthened the enterprise standard "Leader" system's support for the Quality Power Nation strategy, guided enterprises in green and low-carbon transformation and development, and met consumers' higher demands for products and services. Representatives from the Department of Ecology and Environment of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Department of Standard Innovation Management of the State Administration for Market Regulation, the Department of Certification Supervision of the State Administration for Market Regulation, the China Academy of Standardization, the China Standardization Association, Sina Finance, and other units attended and gave special reports. At the meeting, Dean Lin Ling of the Resource and Environment Institute of the China Academy of Standardization delivered a work report on the 2021 Enterprise Standard "Leader" system.

At the Enterprise Standard "Leader" release conference, the 2021 Enterprise Standard "Leader" list was announced. After proposal collection, expert committee review, and public announcement, nearly 600 product and service categories from 145 assessment institutions were determined. Through index comparison, comprehensive assessment, material verification, and platform announcement, these assessment institutions formed the "2021 Enterprise Standard 'Leader' List," covering 97 fields, 381 product and service categories, 867 enterprises, and 1231 standards.

At this conference, the Resource and Environment Institute of the China Academy of Standardization and Sina Finance signed a media communication plan for the enterprise standard "Leader." Through multiple channels, methods, and forms, they will work together with the "Leaders" to build a new platform for brand promotion, actively providing strong support for the enterprise standard "Leader" communication plan, enhancing the brand awareness of the "Leaders," establishing new industry benchmarks, creating an atmosphere of "production looking to Leaders" and "consumption choosing Leaders," establishing a green and low-carbon consumption concept, and comprehensively forming a three-dimensional news media communication channel.
 

This conference, themed "Exploring New Industry Development Standards, Leading the Future of Quality Construction," extensively promoted the enterprise standard "Leader" system, reviewed the achievements of standardization reform, explored the development path of green and low-carbon development, and participants showcased and shared experiences and practices of "standard leadership, product leadership, enterprise leadership, and brand leadership" from multiple perspectives. It innovatively explored a new path for high-standard leading high-quality development and driving "green and low-carbon consumption." This provided strong support for establishing advanced standard supply and implementing the enterprise standard "Leader" system during the country's 14th Five-Year Plan period.
